1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trade-Verse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trade-Verse regarding your use of the Platform.

Your continued use of Trade-Verse after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

2. Description of Service

Trade-Verse is a social discussion platform focused on cryptocurrency trading, memecoins, prediction markets, and artificial intelligence. The Platform provides the following features:

• Vision Forum: A community forum organized into topical groups (Trading, Memecoins, Prediction Markets, AI) where users can create posts, share analysis, and discuss strategies with other members.
• Direct Messaging: Private, real-time messaging between registered users for one-on-one discussions.
• News Aggregation: A curated feed of cryptocurrency and financial news sourced from third-party providers for informational purposes only.
• User Profiles: Customizable profiles where users can display their handle, bio, avatar, and activity history within the community.

Trade-Verse is a discussion community. It is not a cryptocurrency exchange, brokerage, financial advisory service, or investment platform. No financial transactions, token swaps, or order execution of any kind are facilitated through community discussions on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Trade-Verse. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Trade-Verse complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction prohibits the use of platforms like Trade-Verse, you may not access or use the Platform. Trade-Verse makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

4. Account Registration & Security

To create an account, you must provide a valid email address, which will be verified before your account is fully activated.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify Trade-Verse immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Trade-Verse employs session-based authentication to manage active sessions. You may be required to re-authenticate periodically for security purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.

5. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of all content you create and post on Trade-Verse, including forum posts, comments, messages, and profile information ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.

By posting User Content on the Platform, you grant Trade-Verse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where your content has been shared with other users or otherwise distributed in accordance with the normal operation of the Platform.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Trade-Verse reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Trade-Verse:

• Market Manipulation: Coordinating pump-and-dump schemes, spreading false or misleading information about any asset with the intent to manipulate its price, or engaging in any form of market manipulation.
• Fraud & Scams: Posting fraudulent investment schemes, fake giveaways, phishing links, or any content designed to deceive other users for financial gain.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another user, public figure, brand, or Trade-Verse staff member. Misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harassment & Abuse: Bullying, threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users. This includes targeted campaigns against individuals and doxxing (sharing private personal information without consent).
• Spam: Posting repetitive, unsolicited, or off-topic content. Using automated tools or bots to generate posts, messages, or interactions.
• Malware & Security Exploits: Distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any malicious software. Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform, gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Scraping & Data Harvesting: Using automated scripts, crawlers, or other tools to extract data from the Platform without explicit written permission from Trade-Verse.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at Trade-Verse's sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to the source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and overall look and feel of Trade-Verse, are owned by Trade-Verse or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Trade-Verse.

Users retain full ownership of their original User Content. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Trade-Verse the limited license described in Section 5 above. This license is necessary for Trade-Verse to operate the Platform and display your content to other users as intended.

If you believe that content on Trade-Verse infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address provided in Section 13 with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

8. Disclaimers

Trade-Verse does not provide financial advice. All content on the Platform, including forum posts, discussions, news articles, and user-generated analysis, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Trade-Verse constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Trade-Verse does not recommend investments. Any mention of specific cryptocurrencies, tokens, trading strategies, or financial instruments by users or in aggregated news content does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by Trade-Verse. You should always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Trade-Verse is not an exchange or broker. The Platform does not facilitate the buying, selling, or trading of cryptocurrencies or any other financial instruments. Trade-Verse does not execute trades, hold customer funds for trading purposes, or act as an intermediary in any financial transaction between users.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trade-Verse and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Trade-Verse shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on content viewed or discussed on the Platform. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and that participation in such markets carries substantial risk of loss. You accept full responsibility for your own trading and investment decisions.

In no event shall Trade-Verse's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have paid to Trade-Verse, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Trade-Verse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, engaging in prohibited activities, or conduct that Trade-Verse deems harmful to the Platform or its community.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion through the Platform's account settings. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately. Trade-Verse may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) shall survive any termination of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Trade-Verse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you through the Platform or via email.

Your continued use of Trade-Verse after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request deletion of your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Trade-Verse shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
