Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of behavior expected from all users of Trade-Verse. Our platform exists to foster productive discussion around crypto trading, memecoins, prediction markets, and AI-driven strategies. By accessing or using Trade-Verse, you agree to comply with this policy in its entirety.

2. Acceptable Use

We encourage all members to use Trade-Verse in a manner that contributes to a constructive, informed, and respectful community. Acceptable use includes:

• Constructive discussion — sharing trade analyses, market observations, technical insights, and personal experiences in a way that adds value to the community.
• Sharing insights — posting educational content, strategy breakdowns, on-chain data analyses, and tools that help other members make informed decisions.
• Respectful discourse — engaging with other members in good faith, even when disagreeing. Critique ideas, not individuals.
• Good faith participation — using the platform honestly, representing your experience level accurately, and acknowledging uncertainty when offering opinions on markets or assets.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Trade-Verse. Posting such content may result in immediate removal of the content and enforcement action against your account:

• Financial scams and fraud — pump-and-dump schemes, rug pull promotion, coordinated market manipulation, or any content designed to deceive other users into financial loss.
• Fraudulent investment schemes — guaranteed return promises, Ponzi or pyramid scheme promotion, fake airdrops, or any content that misrepresents the risk profile of an investment.
• Hate speech and harassment — content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hostility against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. This includes threats, intimidation, and doxxing (publishing private information without consent).
• Sexually explicit content — pornographic material, explicit sexual imagery, or content that is primarily sexual in nature.
• Malware and phishing — distribution of malware, phishing links, malicious smart contracts, wallet drainers, or any code designed to compromise the security of other users.
• Copyright-infringing content — reproduction of copyrighted material without proper authorization, including but not limited to paid course content, proprietary trading strategies, and copyrighted publications.

4. Prohibited Behavior

Beyond content restrictions, the following behaviors are not permitted on Trade-Verse:

• Spam and unsolicited promotion — mass posting of promotional content, repetitive messages, referral link spam, or any form of unsolicited advertising that disrupts the community experience.
• Impersonation — pretending to be another user, a moderator, Trade-Verse staff, or any public figure with the intent to deceive or mislead.
• Platform manipulation — creating fake accounts, engaging in vote manipulation, artificially inflating metrics, or any activity designed to game platform systems for unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized automation — operating bots, scrapers, or automated tools that access Trade-Verse without explicit written permission from the platform.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities — attempting to discover, exploit, or publicize security vulnerabilities in Trade-Verse's infrastructure. If you discover a vulnerability, report it responsibly to our team instead.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

Trade-Verse reserves the right to enforce this policy at its sole discretion. Enforcement actions are proportional to the severity and frequency of violations:

• Content removal — content that violates this policy may be removed without prior notice.
• Muting — accounts may be temporarily muted, restricting the ability to post, comment, or send messages for a defined period.
• Banning — accounts that repeatedly or severely violate this policy may be permanently banned from the platform.
• Account deletion — in cases of extreme or illegal violations, accounts may be permanently deleted along with all associated data.

Appeals: If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal by contacting our moderation team. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the moderation team's final decision is binding.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, we encourage you to report it promptly. You can report violations through the following channels:

• Use the report button available on posts, comments, and user profiles.
• Contact the moderation team directly through the platform's messaging system.
• Send an email to [email protected] with details of the violation, including links or screenshots where possible.

All reports are reviewed confidentially. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the reported party.

7. Changes to This Policy

Trade-Verse may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, community standards, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the platform. Continued use of Trade-Verse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
